Who we are
This website is operated by Kisatrix Ltd (“Kisatrix”, “we”). We are the controller of personal data collected through it. You can contact us about privacy at our contact form.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect:
- your name and work email address;
- your company name, if you give it;
- the type of project, budget range and timeline, if you give them;
- anything you write about your project.
We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, device type and country) through Vercel Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data, add you to marketing lists or use it for automated decision-making.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts this website and provides the anonymous analytics.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any project that follows. If no work follows, we delete them within 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. Contact us at our contact form to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
